Do I need to make a new Paypal account?

When setting up for new eBay account, should you create a new PayPal account as well or can you just change the email address associated with PayPal?

do you intend to sell on eb? then you will need to set up managed payments and not paypal

Your Paypal account has a unique ID number,all your email addresses will share this number,this is how EBay and Paypal know it is the same person
