MC062 eBay Account Suspended, please HELP!!!
 
i got MC019,MC002, MC062 in 2 minutes!
1.they first removed my item -MC019-copyright violation (i have 5 MC019 in this month)

2.then they sent me email that they were not able to reach me by the phone # on file.-MC002 they ask me to reply to the following up email MC062 or contact customer support team. I did reply to the email of MC062 in my ebay and state that the items are original,not duplicated, not copies. also asked them whether my account will be active again after 7 days.

3.finally they sent me MC062-account suspended
(Your eBay account is suspended for at least 7 days for violating our policy.)

just wondering whether they will give the account back to me after 7 days? the suspension will be lifted automatically after 7 days? do i need to do anything such as submit info or docu?

please advise. thank you!

5 MC019 on one account in a month is pushing your luck. Are the items
real? This MC062 can be a 'maybe' suspension. Maybe it will be reinstated, maybe not. Part of the problem was sending an email. You should have phoned ebay & spoken to them. That email usually gets a generic BS reply.

Is there a phone number with the account? If there is, then you might consider making a phone call: tell a story about line being out of order & see what happens.
If no phone number? Why not? It's an active working account & should have a number. Think of it like this, IF you got that phone call you may have stopped your current problem :peace:

yes, there is a phone #, it is an active phone #,but i never turn this phone on! can i just talk to somebody at live chat to tell that story? i will keep my phone on from now on. this is the 2nd time that i missed their call. i hope the account will be reinstated after 7 days. i sent you a pm, could you pls get back to me on that?
