I am just a buyer - suspended

I would like to create a buyer account and Ebay keeps suspending me. I have tried creating new email addresses for my paypal account, clearing my cookies, and I still cannot buy on Ebay. The only way I have been able to buy so far is to get a Simon prepaid credit card and use it, but that is a pain and gets expensive. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Try creating a new windows user account or download some software to clean all your cookies/flash etc (CCleaner works well).

You will then need a new email address, a physical address that has not been used on a previously suspended Ebay/PayPal account and a virtual/gift card to create new Paypal & Ebay accounts with all matching details. If you intend to add a bank account this will also need to be new to PP.

You are undoubtedly linking yourself.. especially if you are trying to reuse an old paypal account/previously suspended address.

You should probably read eBay Stealth if you're tired of playing guessing games. You're being linked as captainjack mentioned.. and it can be one or more of a couple dozen things doing it.

I would definately second that..... I found the ebay stealth guide invaluable.

There are lots of other things I haven't mentioned that could be linking you... IP address being a big one.

That's the problem. You are not a NEW buyer even with changing the details.
eBay Stealth has the outline of what to do. Do consider that to be successful.
