Hello, after I made my first sale, I was told that I must open a bank account within 30 days, otherwise they will limit my account. I'm trying to add a bank account but it doesn't work, does anyone know why? I will attach a photo of the sin.

try to use another bank account

You need to open more than one bank account and undestand whats the best for ebay
try europe big bank like Deutsche Bank and so on maybe ebay dont know well your bank and rejected it
