my ebay account suspend after sale some items
i have money in balance

i tried to add bank account but failed

should i call ebay to add bank account?

i heard that ebay payout balance after 60-72days from suspend

They usually only refund after 60 to 72 days on verified accounts, you may have to call them to see what your options are
