MC011 eBay Suspenstion
 

I got my third strike on my account that I created using the ebay stealth account account book. I had 2 accounts One got MC011
My account was fully verified when they went to managed payments a few years ago this was on old account (Jan 2017) I was active I know I have 2 items that go me Vero's I had 2 previous strikes for 2020 but I got my 3rd one last week ( Apparently Vero strike never reset. But anyway I got this They owe me $2000 ?
How do I get my money back? It seems a little vague I will get my money when I resolve the restriction - but they will never unrestricted my account...

I already did that it was added to my item when I shipped it. However the message I got back from eBay they said that I would ONLY get paid once the restrictions were removed from my account - well based on past experience they will never remove a MC011 restriction. So lesson learned do daily payouts from ebay instead of weekly ones. Also lesson number There Vero Strikes and you're toast NO mater how old those Vero Strikes are.
The at least i was able to intercept the Fed-Ex shipment and have it returned then refund the buyer - even though I was never paid. Damm it was nice account many years old with 2000+ sales. At least I will get my stuff back to sell it on my other accounts.

I have had this before, they can use the tracking at first, then they will want invoices and finally in my cases they point you back to suspended accounts and deal with issues they wrote to you about with them as you have been linked.

You get the money back in 60-80 days following the suspension. The clock doesn't start until your actually suspended.

OP, you will need to comply or then get suspended. If you didnt break any ToA, you should be ok on getting the money in 45-60 days (maybe 90?) if I recall -

How did you refund your buyer after intercepting Fed Exp shipment?
if your Fed Exp tracking shows not delivered,Ebay would not refund you?

You need to give eBay all the information that they require and do not deviate from anything that they are asking for. Make sure to give it to them in a timely manner.
