I got hit with the famous ebay MC1011
 

Originally I was asked to provide proof of delivery because I forgot to attach tracking codes but eventually they were asking for more and more. This is what they kept asking for:

Even though I attached everything they needed, they are always just resending this email. Please if anyone got over this, if anyone managed to get rid of this MC1011 suspension, help me because I am struggling to pass it.

Welcome to eBay.

Best thing to do call them and ask what you actually need to do as you have complied with the request or you can message them to ask what is needed.

are your invoices ⊗⊗⊗⊗?
does it have your account number with the supplier?
Does the supplier exist?

You probably need to also send in photo ID, and bank statement.

So this is the typical suspension that they don't want you to know why they actually suspend you.

They'll ask for tracking but then they'll ask for more stuff after you give them tracking.

you got nothing to lose by giving them what they want but I highly suggest you prepare some stealth accounts immediately because the chances of you getting this account back is on the lower side.

Yes this is a typical eBay trick to run you around for info when they typically do not want to reinstate the account.

Same thing Here, got MC011 (payouts on hold but I can sell)
They asked me invoices, resolve cases, proof of delivery, ID.
I send them all they asked (I included even my bank statement)

They accepted all, but I got an email that I still need to prove some packages/orders moving (they told me at least showing movement). I have send them and proved movement.

After that they are sending me generated Mail again where they ask for proof of delivery again...

It is nonsense since I already proved them..

Please write Here on forum if You make any success with those mails or reinstation.

When you get these run around with eBay be prepared for the worst. If you can get them to call you, you may have a chance to get reinstated.

It's designer clothing. I resell them and really have no receipts to my name since I never bought any of them from the official stores, just from people sellign them in different platforms.

I don't have invoices, there isn't a particular supplier. I buy clothing from other platforms and resell on ebay for more. Is there any way out of this?

I got them to call me and those useless weirdos told me to fill the info required mate. It's a never ending loop.

sadly that is something only you can work on since your designer clothes without receipts is your business model. Are they branded? You will have to think outside the box and get the proof you need...

You got to get creative. I'm pretty sure they don't actually contact the receipt issuer to confirm the legitimacy of the transaction.

You have to send them receipts from the manufacturer, or authorized third party. Sending invoices from marketplaces will get you suspended unfortunately. At least, I would be shocked if it works, not aware of any example it has.

unfortunately there is no way to overcome this, I went through the hoops to get a legitimate account passed but alas it was eventually suspended.
I suggest you save your time and energy and focus on building stealth accounts.
