advice suspended ... need change bank
 

hi all

can someone knows how to resolve this issue...

i have suspended account , they try to deposit money to my bank but i deleted that virtual bank account so i need to change bank but ebay does not allow.

chat button is not available, i try to send email to them to change account allways reply automated message regarding to my suspended account but no reply to my query to change bank.

someone knows how to resolve this issue and or the telephone ebay contact in europe or usa that can be used to resolve this isuue?

Suspended accounts will not allow to to enter a new bank account number, your eBay phone number for Australia is +61 180 032 2928

I hope you learned by now to keep ALL tools and info current on all accounts.

virtual bank account? how does that work? let's say someone puts in a random number for the bank account. will ebay send the funds back to pending status?

Virtual accounts are a series of sub-accounts linked to a single current account, reducing the need for physical bank accounts. Some banks like Santander do them. Great if you have a number of stealth accounts.

You can open and create them at will and also close them as the OP did. Any payouts from eBay will get returned back from the bank as the account number is closed.

OP needs to call eBay direct to get a new account registered so the pay out can complete.

degsey69 explained it fairly - you dont simply put in random numbers for the bank account....don't

I already have 4 bank accounts I don't need another. it might look suspicious

The chat should work where eBay n Europe? did you try different time,they may change it from other marketplace too

i also prefer chat with them but is not available i try many things ... i believe all acc after they are suspended chat button dissapear at least this happends to me ...
