Your payouts are temporarily on hold - ADVICE

Your payouts are temporarily on hold for 5 days

hi,

this is a recent account . i have 2 normal products and 2 digital and sold 1 normal and 1 digital to friends .

should i remove 2 risky item or should i live these listing live ? or should i do something else (put store on vacations) ?

or sell remaining 2 digital to friends and let the other 2 normal items stay ?

i register account in usa normal products are in usa website and digital i put them in uk website i think this triggered the review ... what are your thoughts ?

help is appreciated

I would leave the listings as they are, the account is now under a verification process the likelihood is that the hold on payments will release after the 5 days, keep looking to see if the red notice is there, usually it will disappear without notification on the 6th day.

better if you put all items OOS (0 quantity) until the hold is over

I agree with degsey, I would try to leave things as-is until the verification process is complete

It makes it look that you have something to hide, whereas a regular account going through this validation would list and sell as normal.
