sold to buyer with negetive feedback
 

hello mates!

am a new seller on ebay and after successful first listing of a palm pilot for a buyitnow price, i went out of curiousity to check up on my first buyer who was a fellow with 3 negative feedbacks (i never checked before so i know if it was there before), and from what i've heard he should at least be having 2 UnPaid item strikes, and so does this mean he'll be banned soon?

now he hasn't paid me yet so what happens if ebay suspend his account? he doesn't have to pay me no more?

and....suppose he's already paid me before he is suspended, how will he return the palm pilot i sold him if it got damaged or lost during shipping if he no longer has his acct as proof, and when that happens will he escalate to paypal against me? the reason for this is that the buyer is from brazil and i've heard of innumerable amount of stories of lost packages there, that why i'm worried, if he ended up being banned after he's paid for the item and he doesn't receives it due to the corrupted work ethics of customs officers of the otherwise great nation it's going to be my neck.

Mate, I read a lot of dust here, a reaL LOT.

First why put Canada for your flag when you are in Hong-Kong.

Secondly what new seller does what you 'claim?' If you are telling the truth pm me the item no# of the listing. Then you can get whatever help I can manage.
