Open a Professional account
 

Hello,

i live in italy.

The past year i got an ebay suspension on my ebay account (electronic items),
but for next year i want to open a professional account and i want to register a company and pay taxes. i will sell trading cards and other collectibles, i want to know if i will open the company, if i can open a new ebay account but as professional seller, and if the account won't be banned?

it is always recommended to open a personal account and upgrade to business once it is up and running

So i should open a new personal account, start selling something and then when i will have some feedback, convert it to professional?

Why not start directly with a new professional one?

you can start a professional one , probability of suspension is higher though

But if i start a personal one, and i will consolidate it with 30/40 feedback, when i will open my company, can i convert it to professional without risking the suspension?

you always risk suspension , on brandnew account it is totally random though , on an established one it usually has some reasoning even if it is weak

Ok understood, now im using an account that have 1 year and 8 months, it has 80 selling, but it's with the name and surname of my mother, can i change name with mine and change the bank account, and all the data like birth date? and then upgrade it to professional or it's better to create a new account and don't change any info of this one?

new account is better if you do not have a corporation , with a corporation you can change the person because the company becomes account owner

ok, so i think i will create a new account with my data, and try to give it 40 feedback, then on genuary i will upgrade it into Professional account, should be better.

Or i don't know.. im not sure...What would you do if you were in me?

Create a new account, consolidating it and then change to professional or
change all the data of my mother's account (name surname, bank, birthday) and then convert it to professional?

you just open a new account , do 10-20 transactions per month for the next 6 months , then upgrade to business

Personal then sell for 4 to 6 weeks and get some trading history then upgrade to business when your ready

Are there any possibility to reactivate my banned account?

Sending a protesting letter or other ways?
i've been banned because due to ebay motivation: "We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been permanently suspended due to activities that we consider risky for the eBay Community."
and they removed my 5 items (electronic used items).

Ok and how i can do? Because if i open and build slow a new account, i can change Computer, connection, address, email and phone, but i cannot change my name surname and my tax id number...they will link me through the tax id ?

They are very hard to overturn. I wouldnt spend much time trying personally

Yep start at a personal then upgrade to business after a month or 2 of selling

So if I open a new account, using my same name and surname but with a different address, a new bank account and a new card, a new PC, won't it link my new account to the old one through my tax identification number?

It will link you to your old account if you use your old tax ID number, can you start a new company and get a new number.
