VERO reportinf listings that no longer exist

How is is possible that I get listings removed due to copyright, reported to VERO by the rights owner, when these listings are ended and then deleted by me more than 4 months ago?

So even if you deleted them they VERO rights holder can still see old listings and flag them for review and take down

Used to be upto 3 months after it was ended. If its happened on a listing older than 4 months ago I assume that has since changed
