eBay Sue case, please help.
 

Hey :)

i had a store on ebay 1.5y ago and it got ban for multiple accounts..
Mean while i opened new stores on VPS etc..
and its going not bad.
today I got money out from my payooner and i see the case for it because I am getting sued for copyrighting or something like that..

does anyone know what to do?
should i take it serious ? can they do something expect blocking the banned store?
im not living in usa.
and the store was inactive even before this sue got accepted.

Nobody can take money from a bank account for copyright issues unless a they have a default judgement against you and you where not aware of it and they have a court order to do it.

I want to add :

The store has been banned over 1.5 year ago..
all the listings was removed the same day.

what do they even want from me..

I think you mean only a US bank account, payoner or PayPal, they will not seize a foreign account due to lack of jurisdiction

As I saw the court located in Chicago ,

also I read few threads from other people..
I see this is a scam and they just take the money you have in your balance and that's it.

do you know maybe better? and can explain to me what to do please.

If you want to PM me with the details I can make better sense of what is happening for you.

If a federal court has found in favor of a complainant of copyright violation then they can order money seized from your bank accounts, if the accounts are US ones.

the details :
I had an ebay store 2 years ago , the store got banned after 3/6 months of active sells.

after 7 months from the ban i get a msg from a brand that saying im copyrighting and they start sue agiesnt me.
few days ago the took my money from payoneer and i got msg to contact thier stuff/court.

i have no banks accounts on usa, only payonner.

can they do something expect taking the money and thats it?

I think This happen on amazon too is called restr a n ing order when at end is in favour of complainant they get the funds

so the brand has already taken the money from your Payoneer bank account?
how much money?
It is not worth pursuing it,your money is gone

Hey , I'm selling home products , garden stuff etc.
That was the nish of the store the got banned.

Yes so that's what I heard from another guys.
They are just taking the funds from they online accounts Paypal X Payonner.
But do you know if something else happen?

They took my PayPal money...nothing happened after that

I've only ever had this issue with the usa and never any other country. Has anyone ever been sued by a company not from the usa??

don't worry, nothing will happen except that they will take your money, these are ambulances, and it wasn't the copyright owner who wanted to sue you, but a law firm that reported to the brand owner itself, it's making money in suits
