Hello
I tried to start selling on ebay with a real information
But once i start selling they suspend my account definitely
I tried to sell my old fourniture

Call them to unrestricted it, the first suspension is pretty standard.

with first listings you may want to replace furniture with something else , something very cheap

Yes, try some chep items first, when you sell some items, add tracking and show eBay items was delivered, later you can sell furniture

if you have not been suspended before keep on trying to register and sell, it will happen in the end, this is the worst time of year to start selling on eBay,
