Email requesting to update bank details with my permanently suspended account
 

I received a random email for me to update my bank details on my eBay account that has been permanently restricted for over two years. I was told by ebay prior that I would have to follow the escheatment process since I did not have a valid bank account to request payout, so I was surprised when I received that email. I called eBay and the agent told me that he could not view the email because it was 6 months old therefore I needed to wait until I received another similar email . I feel as if he made that excuse up as it’s basically complete BS. Any insight

email wasn't 6 months old though right? That eb agent was just making stuff up so get off the phone

They may have some chargebacks or returns that the account owes, I would just ignore it.

are you sure this is from Ebay?
maybe some scammer trying to steal your bank account info?

her account has been restricted for 2 years,she could not have any activity with that account?
Either it is a mass emails sent out by the bot or a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ email from scammer.
