VPN IP vs. actual location
 

I am from Canada. Want to get an VPN for ebay purposes. The VPN locations are Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal. I do not live in one of those cities. If the VPN location is different from the city I live in will that matter? I will be purchasing a static IP for a little more money but it will be the same one all the time. I don't live close to any of those cities. Any help/suggestions.

Why not get a cellphone plan and use it to hotspot?

If it's a near city, it doesn't matter, better to use your phone hotspot

This quote is not exactly accurate about the hotspot.
Phone hotspot is not the best solution depending on the residing country.

VPN from ipburger? As long as the IP is Canadian based you'll be ok.
Another solution is a residential IP that rotates, this is what I use for everything at this point for my productivity

If OP is in Canada, hotspot works great - I use it and it doesn't matter if my account is based in Vancouver and I use, say...Toronto hotspot IP.

Now if OP is not in Canada - where are you? Your flag says Canada

never use VPN on a newly created account. Instant suspension. also never create new ebay account using vpn.
