MC011 3 Year Account with 1000+ FB HELP
 

My 3-year-old account received MC011 this morning. It is under my real name and address. The problem is that I used my real name and address to register 4 accounts. This is one of them. Will the other 3 accounts be in danger?

I always log in to 4 eBay accounts with 4 different banks, IPs and environments.

I am considering ignoring the MC011 on this account to avoid the permanent suspension to save the other 3 accounts.

I can also revise the info on MC011 account. Should I revise the name and address to a different one?

Any idea? HELP!!!:confused:

I think revising the info is unlikely to do much.

The other 3 accounts may be ok but it's difficult to say 100% since there is matching info - you did what you could to keep login's separate

I always upload the tracking numbers to the transaction. But I got some INR / Return cases that are not too much. After all cases are sorted out, I will contact ebay and I think they will ask me to provide ID etc.

I am thinking of revising my account name & address to a similar one, not exactly the same as the other 3 accounts.

Then provide a revised ID?

Any advise?

eBay is no longer the only marketplace for e-commerce.

The new eBay rule seems much more strict then amazon.

This will lead to eBay going trash.

it's a platform that you can make good money if you know how to play the game regardless how they've changed over the years.

They will eventually link all 4 accounts through the name and addresses, be prepared for it, do not keep money in MP for any longer than necessary, do a daily payout if not already done. It just a matter of time before they will be suspended.

it is possible to solve the problem for free by controlling what is sold and how much is sold

the OP's posts about problems with account reviews and suspensions imply that they either sell high risk items or they oversell

In the process, you will probably get scammed. Besides going through the ebay appeal process, there is no other known methods

It comes down to the agent who is reviewing your information. I know for a fact they can link accounts because I was on the phone with one of the merchant support agents and he literally did this while talking to me. He had to ask a set of questions, which maybe is needed to satisfy the verification. I do not think they as a practice look deep into the records for this, and chances are you aren't getting merchant support, its just some trust & safety agent who has a list of accounts daily to review, your just a number on a screen. They don't have time to check everyone, only if there is reason to do so.

The reality is since we use SSN, it's all linked. No matter what anyone says, in the records for eBay to see on the account and they can cross check it. But that would only happen if someone has a strong reason to check, which is unlikely unless you linked yourself via other ways.

I got Mc11ed 2 years ago, I had 2 accounts with the same details, same name and address, the 2nd one with the same details is still going strong. However, I did use different user accounts and IP addresses with each account. On the unbanned account I've tried everything to fly under ebay's radar, sending everything the same day, not quibbling over refunds, sending replacements etc.

Your situation is different to my situation where your other accounts are same info where mine are not.

So when I get MC011 I will always get creative and do my best to pass it. If you send required documentation I can’t say if they will then ask for documentation on your other accounts.

Utility bill and passport shouldn’t be no issue for you as it’s your account. It’s going to come down to the items your selling where your sourcing them from if their from AliExpress, alibaba your going to have to get creative with your invoice.

Your have to weigh the pros and cons. If it’s got loads of cash in their then you might want to send everything if it’s got nothing in their and you can make good money on the other 3 might be best leave it.

Yes, I always have back up stealth accounts. I always have those same accounts selling items (with enough variation to look like a rival) running along the main accounts.

If you get banned, then suddenly starting putting lots of the same items on a previously dormant back up account, I find you'll either get linked for 'seller behaviour' and/or get a 5 day restriction/ban for a selling spike.
