How to bypass phone verify when change phone number?
 

i tried to change phone number on ebay but ebay keep asking me old phone verify

how can i bypass this?
i tried to reset password but ebay keep asking old phone verify when log in

any advice?

I have changed phone number on some e bay accnts they never asked to confirm the old phone , are you trying to change it in the information field?

Ah ok sorry it is asking that at the login I thought during the change process, if can't access may contact the support to request the change,i will try do so

Don’t change password it should be a case of going to personal info and typing new phone number in.

Have you forgotten your password on an old eBay account and trying to log back in? As this will ask for phone number on account.

Once you change phone number wait a week or so then change password.

For what understood is asking the verification phone straight at the login, sometime ebay gives the 2 option email and phone verification, I think is because you change the password that gives only this option, can try on different countries but if still ask for phone I think the only way is contacting them
