Re: Quick question on MC011

Any account can get MC011 - that account that is over 7 years old...has it been active since that time? If it's been sitting for 7 years and only recently selling, it's considered a "new" account

Is it safe to assume that if you provide 100%, deliver on time respond to messages have less return and INR
You won't get MC011?

only if you have low turnover , with high turnover it is only possible with long running stable selling history and no major spikes of incoming funds

Yes and a slow increase on sales turnover, sudden big sales increases may trigger a MC011.

Re: Quick question on MC011

They treat accounts like this different that had history. If you sold a lot before it was dormant and begin selling again it takes time for the system to recognize you as your old account. You're always at risk if you do not ship items quickly, or have too many cases opened but the random periodic review has far less probability of causing an MC011.
