4 Years ebay account got MC011 still no payout after 60 days!
 

I got MC011 on the 1st of March but still no payout after 60 days!:mad:

I contacted ebay and the agent said:

"To help ensure eBay remains a safe place to buy and sell, and to meet our legal and compliance obligations, your funds will be seen as available within 170 business days. “

”170 days if you will not be resolving the account restriction. “

Usually, I got funds in 60 days after 011.

170 days is 24.28 weeks,charge back can come in within 180 days

What's the reason for your suspension ? This could tell us why 60 became 180 days

I think is about dropshipping. After MC011 restriction, I have not contacted ebay to appeal for reinstated. I dun want cos I only wanted the last payout of £2000. Do I have to wait for 180 days or contact ebay to appeal?

dropshipping 2000 GBP is a lot of money,you should contact Ebay,is there tracking showing it has been delivered.has buyer left positive feedack?

Yes, all come with tracking no. But there is a chargeback still in process.

contacting ebay is unlikely to yield strong results - have to wait sadly especially if chargebacks in process

if chargeback is in progress,she would have been notified by now,there is also a penalty fee involved if she loses

it's just odd that the 60 days turned into 180.

I'd call and ask , but that's me. I don't think you got anything to lose.

they probably copy paypal , eventually they owned paypal for many years and the system was working so they sold it and have set up their own clone of paypal which will probably be launched for external payments as well at some point

I don't think I see anywhere that Adyen would hold funds that long unless something has changed very recently.

Adyen is Dutch company,I am surprised how lenient it is with Ebay ,by now it must have learned Ebay the world's largest flea market is different .

I got another account and received a "Reactivate" email from eBay. I contacted the agent and they said the account has been suspended. The fund will be released in 170 days.

If there is a chargeback pending,then 170 days makes sense.
It is holding on to your GBP 2000 in case you lose the chargeback.

Here is what I got as a response from eBay on an account I had banned, I wasn't drop shipping anything and I had 0 returns and 100% feedback.

I can see that a suspension was placed on April 26, 2024. I am unable to give you the exact date, however be assured that the payouts will be released within or on 170 days from the date of the suspension. As the account is suspended, our team is currently conducting a thorough review which can take up to 170 days to complete. This time frame is needed to ensure that we can assist with any possible claims or disputes that could arise from previous transactions, as well as verify any previously submitted documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.
