eBay Messaging Rules
 

I am an eBay seller who resells Amazon products on eBay. Can I explain to customers in a message that the logistics and packaging come from Amazon?

you could explain but there are a lot of posts of this sort of dropshipping on the forum...AZ might shut you down later if too many addresses are provided...and eb doesnt like this business model even if it is from AZ...so it's risky anyhow

You can tell him that you also sell on Amazon and take advantage of the shipping facilities from Amazon warehouses to make your sales on ebvay

In your listing,where did you say the item is located and shipped from?
Does Ebay show an approx date when it will arrive?
I think in the Ebay order detail,you can contact the buyer.

If you have to wait for them to answer, usually people don't do it, but it could happen that if they check and answer

cant you just put up in your description, comes from amazon fulfilment center.So, theyll be aware something is coming from amazon indirectly.Dont think ebay would like personal messages to them or anything directly mentioning amazon.So youve to be wise with how you pass this message on.

Honest OP I wouldn't message them saying that. If they ask about it explain you also sell on Amazon and it was just shipped from their warehouse but 99% of people dont usually ask

First of all, I wouldn't abuse amazon for dropshipping
change your business practices

second , NO, don't tell your customers, it'll make it worse

Some Ebay sellers sell on AMZN as well and have their orders fulfiilled by AMZN .they must have cleared with Ebay that they are not engaging in retail arbitrage,I dont know how they enter the tracking number on their Ebay order,they would have to do it themselves manually?
OP would have a problem with AMZN when it finds out she places too many gift orders using her Prime account.
