Will i still get paid if i ingore MC011
 

Account has $500 locked up. items all delivered. got MC011 restriction but ebay is not asking for documents or anything. When i called to ask why is it restricted they told me becuase i had a prior account

Will i be able to get the money if i just wait and do nothing after 180 days? they are tellng me no unless i get a restriction on another account resolved first but they cant tell me what that account is. just wondering if anyone has seen anything like this . a blank mc011 suspension or if they got mc011 chose not to appeal and still got paid

Honestly can go either way

I have seen it released but also seen them hold to you fixing the other account first. Usually if money is owed on the other account though they won't release the funds

ive has instances where i really needed the funds being held, and i just contacted my kind customers id dealt with.The trustworthy ones.And explained to them the situation.You can see customers email and mob no these days.Ask them if they are happy with receiving a refund back and paying you through an alternative.Many happy to do this via paypal.Others reluctant if you ask for bank transfer.

Again, this is if you cant wait 180 days

it is a good way but does not work well on expensive items as there are many people who just keep the money , people who buy cheap stuff like books or cd's are usually more relaxed

I find the opposite.

If someone was refunding me a couple hundred pounds and I kept it that's just down right theft. I would be expecting a small claims court letter in the post.

the risks are high , you do not know who you deliver to , who purchased it , who the account owner is , who paid it

you only have a delivery address which may mean anything , especially in the UK where names on addresses do not matter

In these cases the money will not return friend,
When account 1 owes money the other is suspended and takes what you owe

i follow - hmm doesnt feel risky but namebrand and if your prices were significantly lower than retail/other sellers...that could have played a role

If the price is lower than the retail price, your account will most likely be suspended...
This is usually done by people who steal products from stores and resell them on eBay.
