MC011 - Verification purposes
 

Hello mates.

I received MC011 restriction on my Stealth Ukraine eBay account. In first mail they told me to Upload tracking details/proof of delivery. I replied them that I already uploaded every single tracking, and that I upload tracking every time I ship the item.

They replied:

Thank you for contacting eBay Customer Service. My name is Kalpesh, and I'm glad to assist you.


I have reviewed your account and I can see that your account currently restricted for verification purpose. You need to upload below document to us.



One identity proof document (any one of the below)

* Driver License (copy of both front and back)

* Passport

* Military ID

* National/Federal ID card



One address proof document :

* Bank statements, including loan/mortgage statements

* Credit card statements

* Utility bills (phone, power, water, etc.)

* Insurance bills and statements



Proof of Banking:



Also, we request you to provide proof of merchandise. For, Proof of purchase/merchandise, you may share the below document as a proof of purchase: (Any One)

1. Invoices from suppliers showing supplier's name, contact information, date and invoice number. Invoices must be itemized and include pricing information per product.

2. Receipts from retail stores and outlets that include store name, location and contact details.

3. Proof of payment for invoices and/or receipts. Proof of payment can be in the form of confirmed wire transfers, credit card receipts, checks, credit card statements, or PayPal Transaction Detail statements.



For uploading the documents you may also attach the documents here in email and reply back or please open the below link in a new browser window (then follow the on screen procedures) ,



This is not my fist time to receive MC011, but this time is different as rep said: "I have reviewed your account and I can see that your account currently restricted for verification purpose."

So basically they want to verify the identity.
I have following:

1. ID Card (Picture of the both sides)

2. Bank Statement for address verification (However the Bank Statement date is 03.12.2023 (so it is from December) is it OLD too much and outdated? Can I use it?

3. I dont have Invoices

Is there anyone who can help me with the creation of Invoice? I would be very grateful, I really need some help.

The items you sold...what category in general? For the purpose of invoice consideration

Your bank statement is too old,why cant you use the bank linkedt o your MP account?

This is the old suspension they pull on people.
They asked for tracking then once you gave it to them they ask for documents and after that they'll suspend the account.

I hope it's not the case for you, so it's worth a try to save the account.

Invoices , where do you get your items from?
You can get docs from the sellers you bought from.

As I said, I had MC011 5 times. This is the first time They ask it for verification purposes.

I dont have invoices thats the problem mate..

Item location is Bosnia, and I ship from Bosnia. Acc is Ukraine

then why cant you give them a retail receipt of the item?

But you said you upload tracking every time?
So you must have paid for the item,how did you pay for it?
Ebay is asking either an invoice from your supplier OR retail receipt.
what I am afraid of is RETAIL ARBITRAGE,if your invoice shows purchase date later than the date the customer paid you

you can create an invoice yourself but with bosnia and ukraine without any visible connection it is very likely ebay will not accept it
