MC011 success story

Before i start i just want to say im really only here to brag/spread hope

I sell virtual video game items ( I know this is risky and blah blah, please just keep it to yourself for now) recently a competitor reported me for digitally delivered goods and gave me a shiny 3 day suspension. Within 1 hour i had explained to support i sell video game items, which are very clearly exempt from this policy (they are. VERY clearly) and had the suspension removed

Same day, same items, taken down again for the selling personal information policy. Again, within an hour or 2, support combed through my messages and determined my listings didnt break this policy...account reinstated again. THEY WENT THROUGH ALL MY MESSAGES

2am the next morning - received an email stating i could no longer list any items in the video games category. No other restrictions. A payout was sent minutes later

3am same morning - MC011. All listings removed, payouts stopped, 100% account suspension.

6-7am (whenever i woke up idk) I uploaded my ID and bank statement, then explained the items i sell and why i couldnt provide any receipts or invoices showing i paid for my items. I Even emphasized that such documents never existed, and never will moving forward. Not much else was said, just to expect a decision in 48-72hr.

730am account reinstated. All holds removed. All removed listing are open to be relisted. I had around $250 on hold because new account, all of which was moved from "on hold" to "processing". I still cant post in video games category, but we'll ignore that for now.

Oh. I should mention ive been banned on ebay before. Im using zero stealth, just used a different bank and burner phone to make the account. Same name, ss# all that good stuff. The ID i sent today not only matches the banned account, but is literally the same exact card as before.

What in the actual fk did i just do?! I still dont even know how i didnt get flagged automatically when i signed up. Im losing sleep

Exceptions to this policy include electronically delivered:
Tickets
Domain names
Digital trading cards
Online gaming virtual items
NFTs (Non-fungible tokens) may be sold only when they follow the below requirements:
Sellers must meet the selling requirements described in the Products with eligibility requirements policy
NFTs cannot contain content that is adult-only in nature, infringes on intellectual property, or doesn't follow eBay policies

Just keep in mind, these items break other policies. But not this one lol

You have no tracking, and you are selling in a high risk category.
Sounds like the bot shut you down and a human being reinstates you and bot shut you down again and so on and so forth .
You need to figure what landmine did you step on to trigger the MC011?

I use to sell digital gift cards just fine years ago, doubt it would work today. I wouldn't bother with it in this day and age where its even harder to get and stay on eBay.

It was a competitor sending reports for sales of personal info. Says so in mt latest restriction email

"This determination was made by a customer service agent. This came to our attention because of a user report"

none. at all. all funds are on hold for an unknown time unless the customer leaves feedback. then i get paid instant

actually, if i can get the customer to say "all is well" in the messages....ebay chat support will push the payment through without the feedback. ive done it like 15 times

on that note...if anyone knows where people are getting ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking id love to hear about it. i dont really NEED it but itd make things easier

Where the f did you get them? Ive tried so many vendors but none ever work out. I have a following on a better platform geared more toward digital items. Reach out if youd maybe wanna get back into it

At one time,AMZN would not even accept its own gift card !!
Too much fraud, someone steal someone 's cc and bought many such cards and sell them cheap ,before the owner of the cc find out and file chargeback !
Where did they get these cc data?
They bought them on some sites,or they get them from some retail stores which accept cc.

Re: MC011 success story

Ive only had one MC011 ever get reversed, and it was pretty much a windfall kinda thing. It was on a new-ish account too (6 months ish). That account ended up being one of the strongest ones Ive ever had.

With that said, you can have accounts be just as strong if they just have some age to them Ive noticed. Few years and youre nearly invincible (as long as you have healthy biz practices and aren't a shady mf-er). I just mean that the typical snafus that kill a new account wont affect an age account at all in comparison. Takedowns too, much rarer, if thats your niche
