the tracert router problem

eBay can tracert your local ips however u use a proxy
try run cmd and tracert www.ebay.com
and they will show your local sever ips
or it show failed

So ebay can know u are not real people and all accs been linked

don't use low end proxy IP - go for real IP - are you in the USA?
