Change bank on suspended eBay acc
 

Hi guys n gals

I have bank acc that does not accept name mismatch so bank is refusing to accept deposit.i cannot contact eBay BCS account is suspended to change bank. I received an email from eBay to change Bank information but cannot login to do it. Can someone tell me a way to contact them so I can change bank? Or other way method to do it ?

i saw this on google "I have been trying to set up a new device for my partner and eBay is wanting to confirm identity. I get a message saying that I need to call 2086100157 and quote a security code which displays in the message.



This phone number does not connect and all I get is an unobtainable tone.



I tried phoning customer service and just get directed to Web help, which offers no help on this problem whatsoever.

can someone in uk try these numbers please i am outside uk and need to find a way to call nd if they are invalid i will waste lot of time .... thanks the 1st number i believe it is invalid the others i dont know thanks

there is no point calling them , customer support reps have zero power to solve such problems , they just forward information to the department that deals with this

I don't think will allow to exchange bank , in fact I do not think they will try any solution at all. most of the time they just reply with standard answers

London,UK,some think it is a spam.
You should find out first if your bank accepts mismatch name before you sell
