suspended account still accessible

How long will my account remain open. it says suspended but I spoke with 2 ebay reps and they won't let me close the account.

I want to know how long will it take for my account to be inaccessible? I can still log in and see my orders that I sold. I can also see who left me feedback etc.

how long ago is your last order?
Chargeback can come in 180 days,foreign ones can be 12 months
