Need to Refund Buyer
 

Hi
i need to refund buyer $127, my ebay has $400 in hold payments, the credit card attached to ebay got expired, this account is 10 years old stealth account, tried to add VCC from wise did not work, i have funds available in bank account but i can not pay him from my bank account, buyer has already left a negative and not agreeing to receive funds through wire transfer, My question is there any re loadable VCC i can attach and refund him the amount. Any solutions would be much appreciated.

Aren't vanilla gcs or Canada post gift cards still working as cc?

I may have you a work around. I used to have this problem all the time on US MP. Go to the help section and find a chat rep. You can complain its a processing issue and they will manually over ride the refund and take it from your bank. If it flags a defect, the conversation is recorded and you can get it removed but that rarely happens.
