Hi everyone,

I’ve been helping a company that owns a junkyard sell on eBay. In just two months, I managed to double their revenue, and now their sales are four times higher than when we started. Unfortunately, we never signed a contract — which I know was my mistake — and now they’ve cut me off and said they no longer need my services.

What’s frustrating is that I was the one who helped set up their eBay account. I’m a previously suspended seller, but the listings, pricing, and sales strategies they're using now are exactly the same as mine. I know eBay will recognize this pattern.

I’m looking for the most effective way to report this to eBay and potentially get their account taken down. I’ve been active on eBay for many years and noticed that enforcement has become more lenient lately. If anyone has experience or suggestions on how to approach this — especially ways that have worked in the past — I’d really appreciate your input.

also ive been going around ebay for the last 10 years i dont have experience with this

your post does not say what exactly you are going to report? which violation?

I will report that as a banned seller i created a seller account and listed and sold items at the same time. And no i will not move on without compensation

I have contacted ebay and im able to do this but not sure if they will follow thru this company if i close one account i can help them open another one that what all of us on this site learned

This is not what the forum is for.

I'm sure you got paid to do what you did for them, move on and stop.

Do not make another thread like this.
