Someone has solved reactivate problem ?

Has anyone got success in account creating who suffered before from reactivate problems ?

My feeling is cause ebay has restricted or banned certain countries from selling. I can do whatever i want but can not get any account live after first listing.

Im not using proxy. in this way I have eliminated one of the risks that is often trigger for suspending.
Im using only real connections.

Re: Someone has solved reactivate problem ?

Got a reactivate message after listing my second listing and ebay wants this:
1). A copy of the front and back of your driver's license or other government-issued identification, and 2). A recent credit card statement or utility bill that shows your billing address. (You can black out your account numbers.) You can use our free document upload service to upload scans of the documents, or send them to us via post.
Copy this link into a new browser window for details of the documents we require and how to send them:
https://ocsnext.ebay.co.uk/ocs/mudcwf?

I’ve never got a message like this and always got reactivate after first listing not 2nd. Usually they ask questions or reinstant the account in minutes and then suspend it or suspend straight away but didn’t get a message like this, wondering is it worth it to change everything to real details and send them docs or just forget about it and still try open new accs

Karlis96, what's your first listing?

Today i have listed for example soft grip for tennis racket handle !
I believe this is not high risk item.

Account was 30+ days old.

After 5-10min i get MC999 but sometimes i get reactivate mesaage.

yea thats the issue it doesn't matter how long u created the account as long as you can list at least once per week for 30 days+ ur most likely getting the ban

do u have any accounts that lasted?

I didn't have this problem before. I don't think it has anything to do with me not being logged in to my account. Then other people's accounts would also be blocked just because you weren't logged in.

No.
either get MC999 or “ reactivate your account”

Re: Someone has solved reactivate problem ?

Letting the account sit the age for 1month doesn't even matter anymore based off of my experience, you need to list multiple items on the account for at least 1 month and after the 30 day mark if ur account is still up then your safe

matthewhon112 05-19-2025 04:12 PM

Re: Someone has solved reactivate problem ?

Also if you get prompt to submit id information after first listing and start with listing/selling limit of 50/500 don't even bother with those accounts ur most likely screwed after 30 days

Nah, not true, if you can list more than 1 item from fresh account without getting reactivate or mc999 that is already a very positive sign, no matter what automated AI based selling limits you get.
To create an account and list an item without suspension - is already a win nowadays😁
