anyone get mc999 today randomly on aged account?

I got an ebay account that is like 2 months old and got randomly hit by mc999 my other accounts in similar situation are fine for now is this happening to anyone else

dropshipping from your supplier is fine,retail arbitrage is not.
were you asking AMZN,WMT,COSTCO etc to ship the item to your Ebay buyer?
And what kind of tracking did you upload?

fedex tracking amzn + aliexpress , actually I also called in they said i got mc999 for some verification purposes

Someone posted EBay rule on shipping from Greater China-China,HK and Taiwan,that the Ebay seller would have to use a specific shipping service ??
As for AMZN tracking,DOES the Fed Exp tracking comes from AMZN marketplace third party seller or AMZN?
