its 50/50 if they are going to do this to you, but yes matching everything up prior to setting up a sellers account would be for your benefit, after its set up take it easy then switch it over to a business account with a bs DBA.

is it possible to abandon the ebay account and create new account but use the old paypal account? or will it be popped right away?

if the account being paypal was not linked to the ebay account you might have a chance, but otherwise to be safe start 100% fresh.

no it has not been linked...but is assigned to take fees from the paypal account...

so you used it to verify a sellers account I assume, either way it is not a good idea to use it, its easier to just set up another one and verify it before making a new ebay account.

ye but like how many bank accounts can i close and re-open in a one year period??? it gets a bit annoying. to come with a new excuse all the time... and does`nt that mess up your credit history or something?

I use Bank Of America, and have 10 checking accounts with them, I have no problems closing them up and applying for new accounts. Just explain that to whomever that you use them for short term eBay accounts because you change what you sell often, they can care less if you keep the accounts in good standing.

Also I have been creating account today with no problems using a new method, no questions asked to confirm i.d ether, pm me for details.
