How can I contact eBay if my account is suspended? Chat, phone, email not work
Even with a suspended account, sending an email only returns an auto-reply, live chat cannot be initiated, and it's impossible to call or request a callback.
In this situation, how can I contact eBay to manually release a balance that has been held for over 190 days? |

I think the idea is they do not want to be contacted once suspended - unless that is they dangle the carrot of getting old funds back, which is usually a trap... |

Previously, there was still an option to call if the account was hacked or stolen, but now it is no longer possible. It appears that temporary repair work will be carried out from May 28th 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, but it is not specified which year :) |

| I wouldn't go that route - if a live set of eyes looks a bit further...fairly easy to link and cause issues (a big "if" but one nonetheless) |

| That’s really frustrating! If chat, phone, and email don’t work, some sellers have had success contacting eBay via social media support or opening a case through Seller Hub escalation. |
