Update account details (Funds on hold) !!!
 

Hello, I got an eBay stealth account in good standing with 30 sales along this year and payouts. But suddenly have received an eMail and a red banner that the account must be verified and my payouts are on hold until I upload proof of ID. I got a month to do it or will lead me to more restrictions
I won't upload anything. I just want my money that's on hold
Will I ever get those funds sent to my bank?

PS: What if I close the account?, maybe they send the money retained instantly

I would say closing the account would not help and will not result in funds being released. The only way may be to upload ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info, and hope the system buys it to withdraw funds. How much in funds are we talking about? It is worth the risk?

About 700 €... I don't have any ID card to upload as it's not in my name and the real person "will not give me that'
But will I ever have my funds released?

Did you make the account yourself or buy it? If you bought it then reach out to the seller that sold it

If you made it yourself just reach out to the forum sellers and they can point you in the right direction

In general, you should be able to - I can't recall the length of time these days (someone confirm is it 60, 90 days?).

Have you received any past payouts?

Can you try to withdraw the funds regardless?

If not, you'd have to give them what you want.
What type of proof do they want? Driver license?

I made it myself, everything real data, they want any kind of proof of ID: passport, spanish ID card (DNI),, driver license, ... But I can't provide anything
Yes, regular payouts along the year but suddenly ....
The Payout button is in grey but so I can't withdraw the money

Just Google some driver license, get rejected, then eventually they'll suspend your account and give you remaining amount of funds.

Are you sure that if they suspend my account eBay will send the funds?. Any experience about this?. I think they will keep the money for them ...

You won't be able to close the account.

If you have received regular payouts before, you should be ok after a period of waiting.

Try get ID of the stealth person in question.

Impossible. And it seems they ask to take s picture of the physical ID card so you can't be creative with Photoshop I am afraid ...

Hmm you could do a high quality print and take a pic - one option if you get the ID in order...

Not for an upload - are you being asked for a live-picture/selfie?

My national ID card comes as a plastic not a carton or paper.
They need a live picture of the ID card (document), a real picture for example a pic/ photo of it in your hand or on a table
