Please resolve this request + MC999

Hi all! I'm having trouble with that. After opening the case from the buyer, after 30 minutes I receive MC999 + suspended. These are my first sales with goods, and I am trying to work honestly and send them, but due to the long delivery, many people simply open a dispute and do not want to wait, and I get my account blocked. What should I do???? My money is frozen and I no longer have an account. Why does eBay block me if a buyer opens a dispute? How to avoid this? What needs to be done?:ban?::surrender:

any recent accounts should not sell anything that may cause disputes so if you are located in the US you sell what you can ship within 24-48 hours and you upload tracking immediately , do not ship abroad for at least a few months

Did you upload tracking?
If tracking shows progress,Ebay will extend delivery date

Some of my deliveries have a delivered status. But when a buyer opens a dispute, my account gets blocked.

Why does eBay do this? Their policy doesn't say I shouldn't sell anything.

Could it be your buyer dispute prompt Ebay to look closely at your account?
Is it a stealth account?

I create a lot of accounts. eBay couldn't force me to do so; it's a bot that automatically blocks me. I want to find a solution to prevent this in the future.

without knowing what criteria the bot is using,it is hard to find a solution.
Bots are programmed to act based on predefined criteria
try setting up a real account, real human being, address,SSN,do you have relatives nearby you can use?

you can see it this way: you are on a green card and are not supposed to commit crimes until you get naturalized otherwise you will get deported if caught

It may sound obvious but I found throughout my selling on eBay, especially after 2020, INRC are by far the easiest candidate for getting a restriction. It was always this case, but more so now because they control the payments. Higher risk for eBay if they let a seller get a bunch of payments and customers are opening claims. From their perspective you could be scamming.

Regardless, it should be everyones priority to ship soon as possible. If you want to maintain your account. Ship with tracking on all orders.

sabrat, more details are needed - what are your category of sales? Why are you having long delivery delay - dropshipping?

yes,if you print your shipping label on Ebay with tracking,it gives Ebay the confidence you will ship or have shipped.
We are facing bad weather now,so it is more important than we have tracking.
It starts tonight and will last for 2 days, for some states it has already started .

I think the TO has a wrong flag and they ship from abroad

with US tracking it works without problems , it is uploaded and items arrive within a reasonable time while shipments from abroad may be slow and this is where complaints start coming in. and now with the new tariffs I suspect that certain countries are being slowed down significantly , especially china

Re: Please resolve this request + MC999

we need more information.
where is TO?If not US,then where?
What is she selling and where is it being shipped?
Also what did she say in her listing, where is the item located and estimated delivery time?
If she is not in US but claim to be in US,and claim her item is in US when it is not,Ebay will estimate her delivery date based on her item being in USA and should take 5-7 days to be delivered

This is my conclusion as well. INRs are one of the main triggers for MC011. You better treat INRs swiftly or better yet , never get them.

It depends on the seller and the weather, right now, half of the country is covered with ice and snow, flights are cancelled and many do not have power,it will get worse tonite and tomorrow. till Tuesday.
Ebay will extend delivery date like it has done in the past

Re: Please resolve this request + MC999

Don't bother trying to reinstate an MC999.

Just take care of disputes, add tracking numbers, keep communication on point, and wait out the 90 - 180 days for eBay to release your funds.
