Account from 2001 - second MC011 in 3 months
 

Hi guys,

i received 2 MC011 in two months targetting an account from 2001 with almost 10.000 feedback. In both case selling previleges remain active

I solved first MC011, but for the second i'm followed by the US customer care and not by the Italian one

First request was to solve all non received items requests i had and confirm delivery status for the order in transit

Then they asked me same invoices they already had from past MC011, i sent them

Then this morning i received another email where they say that now privilege are suspended and ask to pay outstanding balance in another account that is in my name

Logged into the account and see selling privileges are still there despite the communication, listings are up, can edit quantities can list new items

I'm thinking i'm going to pay for be undefinitely banned. it's true i have outstanding balance ( few bucks ), but i faced many MC011, and this is the first time i see this tortuous procedure

I think to pay the balance and see what happened

MC011 is a sign of either bad performance or too large volume along with moderate to significant performance issues

after MC011 received for the first time the volume should be kept limited and you should make sure not to get any disputes and if you do you refund immediately

repeated MC011 is almost certainly a sign that you have too much turnover there

First question - what were you selling? Or at least category of sales?

It sounds like you've gotten yourself in over your head (possibly due to international shipping to American customers) and have fallen below the minimum customer service requirements twice now. Then, due to the substandard performance of the account which keeps getting MC011's, eBay has linked you to another one of your accounts which has an outstanding balance. This happens because they've deemed you as a high risk seller who they've just about decided to do away with.

You're walking a fine line at this point. If I were you, I'd pay the outstanding balance (because they aren't going to just forget about it) and maybe scale back listings to something you're able to keep up with.
