Reinstate MC011 Options
 

Hey everyone, in february of 2025 i was suspended by MC011, by that time i sadly didn’t know about this forum so i had to make a provider invoice myself as what i was selling was dropshipping soccer cleats, and it got indefinitely suspended, i created a few accounts more and the same kept happening, however i want to keep selling as i was selling 5k+ a week, what’s should i do?

you can only avoid it if you limit turnover on new accounts to a few hundred dollars per month and then scale up with about 20%-30% per month

selling 5K a week on one account would take you about 2-3 years to achieve if you want to avoid suspension

ebay hate people who make large turnover without extensive prior selling history so that these people get constantly harassed by reviews , restrictions and suspensions

on every such request they look at how old the account is and how many transactions it had in the past , if it is recent the invoice requests are pro forma as the decision to restrict the account indefinitely has already been made so that if you send in invoices they just turn restriction into suspension which probably does not play any role anymore at this point

Spread sales over multiple accounts OP from the get go - that way you will have backup accounts

Need to control your sales path, thats why you need stealth accounts.

They know you're dropshipping. Instead of providing them ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices, download the original invoices and prove you're actually delivering your orders.
And it sounds to me you're going crazy with the sales (5k a month with a single item is a lot of sales, taking in consideration the football cleats cost £30 - £50 I am assuming)

Take it easy, spread sales accross across multiple accounts, stay under the radar, and in case they request invoices again, just hand over the original invoices. Don't lie to them.

Also, make sure you're adding absolutely each and every tracking number for all orders. Don't leave any order without a tracking number.
Getting INR cases left and right will put you in risk of a random MC011 at any time.
