Got ID verified on both my accounts, How do I proceed

I have been selling relatively high volume on ebay for some time, I had 2 accounts, both accounts got the
"Resolve open issues now to get back to selling" email from ebay, in which i had to verify ID and upload tracking. My main account had all the listings taken down but my second account did not. I provided the ID verification for both accounts (different IDs). What situation am I in? Is it worth reaching out to ebay? Is there anyway to save my accounts?

Just wait for them to get back to you on the ID review.

If I had submitted the docs on july 24th and still not verified though? is there anything I can do to try and get the account unrestricted?

the key word here is "high volume" , the outcome of an appeal is often indefinite restriction based on volume alone if it was high while low volume accounts either do not get touched at all or often get a pass on reinstatement even with weak docs , it is risk management identical to paypal where they have been doing the same for many years

Did you upload tracking number for every single item you sold? This is a must otherwise they will not overturn the restriction.
If the listings are still up that is a positive and account can be saved.

Yes I uploaded all tracking for both accounts, one account the listings were taken down, the other they stayed up

Do you have any red banner if you go on your payments tab?

It actually looks like after almost 3 weeks, my main account just got verified, and i have no red banner on my second account, so hopefully that will also be ok

Feels like just having to wait and hoping for the best.

Everything is normal with accounts, they have passed verification as normally would have been suspended within 48hrs of submitting ID.
You can sell as normal, and look at setting up another account, never rely on 1 or 2 accounts.
