Ebay account suspended with balance on it
 

Hello everyone,

My US account has been permanently suspended without any possbility to reinstate it, the account has balance of about 5.5k however the withdraw button is still not active after 2 months from suspention.
There is no phone number with live agents, no live support
I tried to send them emails but I get the same mail every time stating that nothing can be done and my account got suspended.
Can anyone help me with that?

It looks like Ebay is playing hardball,Ebay needs more buyers not more sellers,Xmas is coming,all venues tighten their rules to make sure they are a safe place to shop.

2 months is too soon. They hold funds for 180 days.

you need to wait , once 180 days have passed you look if they pay out. if they refuse to pay out the only way is legal action otherwise the money is gone

how old was your account ? age wise??
