You can not submit your listing due to the following problems
 

I got this after serving a 7 day suspension for copyright violation .
No information , I clicked the customer service link and got an email address.
They have not got back to me yet. Has anyone seen this before ?

It looks like the asian ebay accounts international trading verification..

I guess you either:

Regist or use an US/CANADA ebay account use a china or thailand or korea or whatever these asian countries ip address??(exacpt japan and singapore or few first world asian countries)

Linked your US/CANADA ebay account with an paypal account registed with a china or thailand or korea or whatever these asian countries address??(exacpt japan and singapore or few first world asian countries)

If so ebay will verify you like all these countries.You can take the steps from EBAY.com.hk to find the internation verification page..

Or maybe you call them first and ask why is this..

This is normal for sellers in China ?

What kind of verification are they going to want?

All my details are stealth, Canadian Address , Phone , Paypal etc.

But I use a chinese dropshipper .

So you wrote the shipping location in china??

This getting bit complicated ..maybe give them a call ask where to do this verification..Maybe they will release it straight away because you not in china and that ebay.cn verification website are all in chinese so no way you can do it..Just ask them what to do ..

No I specify the item location as Canada .
I often ship from Canada as well.
I write in the item description terms and conditions that the item may come from overseas. I did recently have a buyer who complained about this.
VERY TYPICAL .. YOU CAN WRITE WHATEVER YOU WANT IN THE DESCRIPTION , THEY NEVER READ IT !

My ISP is asian however , I live and work 6 months of the year in asia .

I am hoping that maybe this restriction will only apply from an asian ISP ?

There otherwise appears to be no limitations to my account.

Thats might be the reason...

It can be a easy case if you lucky enough to get rid of it.but they now trying to put your account into ebay asian department process.It can be a very hard one.The only option here is give them a call to explain and good luck....

Ebay says I will be able to list items when I return to Canada and use a Canadian IP address. I do not believe them though , the first reply told me to clear my cache and cookies , so they really don't know or care ..

Em..Because you been served VERO limitation so things might not as simple as they told..

Normally you operate US/CANADA ebay account(only ebay not paypal) with CHINA IP for short time eg. 1-2 months is OK.They won't care much about it.but once you made the red flag up then things will get difficult..They will think it like someone in CHINA bought your account and trying to selling VERO items...

I am not , and have not been in China ,
I have been in Vietnam and Thailand .
They emailed me and told me that I should be able to list items from a Canadian IP address. Unfortunately it seems like the people that reply to these emails really have no idea , and no way to check your account. I think they scan your email for key words and search thier handbook for the approprioate generic reply.

May I ask how long your ebay account registed and how many feedback you got in it?It might only required for 2008+ accounts..

account is 3 months old with about 25 feedback

Em..that might another reason bought the red flag up..

I got a 05 and 07 reged AUSTRALIAN accounts changed to china address and operating in CHINA for nearly a year without problem..Got couple of vero taken downs but never ask to do the international trade verify..Good luck then..

Recently I have the same problem. I email the ebay customer support and no reply. How was you account now? How did you solve this problem?

Do not submit the document they asked you for, as ebay is lixx. I have submitted my ID and bank statment which is same as my regis info in eu. for reinstate. Finally, they did not let me and asked me to provide an overseas asian address for reinstate, which I dont have.

I went to asia for holiday for 2 months, then they caught me using asian IP, which is different compared with my regis info. I have explained I was there for holiday. They did not accept and ignore me.

Ebay is just a unfair company really, as they asked me to submit the document same as regis. info. which I have done so and they still did not let me to reinstate. I feel they just want to have my info and record them in record. Just go to amazon instead. never mind. Ebay customer service is bad, as they just use auto message. They dont answer individual question.

My ebay account is not new, it was created more than 5 years. so everyone please do not sign in outside where you regist. otherwise they dont let you use it again, even you have done for the first time. :)

So has anyone managed to have one of these removed yet?
