eBay wants Supplier Info !!
 

I have sold electronics on eBay and eBay has suspended my account and is asking for a supplier info. I do not have any information from the supplier I shipped the items from. What can I do

No invoices or receipts for payment from your supplier? Rubbish. How did you get the goods

make a supplier invoice, they won't know the differance

Making the invoice is quite straightforward... most office packages will have templates, or you can download one from the net.

It's what you put in the invoice that is important! You need to cover the possiblilty that PayPal will call your 'supplier' and ask a few questions.

I was selling for someone who listed a project on GAF website. They had good items but were very late in shipping items so I stopped and now eBay has suspended my account and wants personal verification details and invoices. The account is in my real name so I have all documents they need but, the invoices as that person did not give me any.

Go back to the person you were selling the items for and get the invoices.

If you were creative you could make an invoice with the phone number diverted to you so you could take the call and verify.

Sounds easy but its do-able.

I cant do that because that person does not want to give invoices to eBay and also I am in India and cant have a phone call diverted here.
