MC028 and MC011

Got hit with this a few days ago.

A 50% selling limit has been placed on your account. Once your limit is reached, you will not be able to list new items.

This is because of my low DSR ratings. It said it will be reviewed on the 20th of this month. Is this based on 30 day feedback? or yearly?

It is based on your overall DSRs. So sell lots of cheap items, send them fast and give good CS and you should soon be able to boost them up.
