MC183 FPA NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - Section 9 can anyone help me?
 

i recently just got off a 30 day suspension that restricted me from selling or buying anything for 30 days. it ended yesterday (january 10th). today (january 11th) my restriction is OVER and to be safe i LEGALLY opened a new account with a different email and different user name as it clearly says in the eBay help pages that you can have as many accounts as you want as long as the username and emails are different. a couple of hours later i see that ive been blocked from ebay on BOTH my accounts. the messege i got was:

As part of eBay's security efforts, your account has been suspended pending additional account verification. To appeal this suspension, please go to:

Suspended accounts

Unfortunately, during the suspension you won't be able to use eBay in any way, including using existing accounts or registering new accounts.

Any remaining listing fees are due right away and will be charged to the billing method you selected.

i sent them a messege asking why the hell i got blocked, does anyone have any info about this? anyone know why i was blocked?

After your 30 day suspension , you are still restricted until you take the tutorial. So this might be why you got suspended. Had you of taken the tutorial before creating the new account , this may not have happened.
Not certain of this , but it is my best guess .. and it makes sense !
