My old paypal account

Sorry if this has been posted before, I did search, couldn't find anything.

My ebay account just got suspended, can I just create a new email, add it to my current (still active) paypal and use that email in the listings on the new Stealth eBay Account? Will ebay link it?

Just to clear that up, the answer to your first question is No, and the second question is Yes they will link it.

You need to start completely over, everything new.

Sometimes it used to be the case that ebay could go down but Paypal would survive. You could still use the Paypal account with no problems.

But recently with changes to the user agreements ebay and Paypal now exchange information more easily. (there used to be certain privacy issues preventing such communication)

However I have found through limitations and problems that Lakeman is right. Now it makes sense to have everything new.

If ebay goes down, then forget the Paypal, even if the only link is the email address, and vis versa.
