I Need Your Help, the Accounts I registered are suspended

During the last few days, I build some ebay accounts but failed.
I'm in China
1, I used an English version of Windows XP and changed the computer name when I register on ebay( does the computer name matter? Is it OK if I'm using a Chinese version of winxp?)
2, I clears the cookies every time I register a new ebay account.(this will not be a problem)
3, I used Virtual credit card and gift card bought from others.(this might not be a problem)
4, I make the physical address from the list of my customers, but changed the name and the phone number, would this be a mistake?
5, I use VPN to get the US IPs, I changed my IP addresses every time I register a new account. But the IP I get is in DALLAS, TX. and I registered the accounts with other cities' addresses. is this a mistake?
6, The accounts are OK if I don't use it. but after I list items, it will be suspended for "abusing ebay". I sell things between 100 to 200 USD.
7, most of the time I use these accounts in 7 days after registered. is this a mistake?
8, Some of the accounts are not suspended, but they ask me to verify the phone number. But I made these numbers so I can't use these accounts either.

about 15 of my accounts have been suspended. I really don't know what to do next, please advise. 3 Gifts will be given out to the most helpful idea, thanks.

We can answer all your questions, but...:

If you are a legitimate seller from China why do you change your IP pretending to be someone from the US?

Ebay suspended my China accounts. And now you can visit China ebay, it's now really hard hard for us to get a china ebay account to sell in US.

2. This among other things is good to do.
   
3. This probably isn't causing suspension.
   
4. The address should be a real one, and it should be located new your IP. Your name doesn't matter. Your phone number does matter. It must be real working number.
   
5. Yes, read above.
   
6. Create your auctions from scratch, don't reuse descriptions. Change titles and even categories if you can. Don't list too much in the beginning.
   
7. This is okay, just list slow in the beginning. It also matters what you're trying to sell. The more risk your item is the slower you should sell it.

2, Can I register my account and then link it to Auctiva immediately? then I don't log in to that account, just list from auctiva? will this be safe?

1. You should really try to use a real number. This is why you're being limited and suspended. Just go to privatepone.com and sign up for a free phone number. You could also try using a number with area code in Dallas, but it'll still cause eBay to limit you account if it's ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
2. That's what a lot of members here do. They primarily use Auctiva. It's safer then connecting to eBay all the time.

It really shouldn't matter. EBay doesn't go as far as checking your operating system details.

If I use auctiva, is it really matter to clear cookies before login another ebay account managed by auctiva ? Assume that the ip address is different every time I login with auctiva. I just wonder if i clear the IE/Firefox cookies will also remove the tokens stored in auctiva. Thanks.

clearing cookies is a great habit to get yourself into and it will not remove your token.
