First suspension questions
 

Hello, I am new to this forum and fairly new to selling on ebay. I recently had my account suspended for the first time. They said it will be a minimum of 7 days. The reason they suspended me is a bs one it was because of a vero member claiming my auction was a trademark infringement!!! which is a false claim and i want to fight it. I have been trying to find out from ebay who the vero member is that reported me but all i get is retard emails giving me links for tutorials to read. Will they reinstate me after 7 days or do I have to send in that reinstatement form? I don't want to send in that form because I did nothing wrong and signing that is showing that I did. Can someone please tell me the best way to get this mess resolved???? I really don't feel like going through the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account process.

Well Ebay will never let you know who the the member that reported you.
Trade mark infringement meaning counterfeit.
I say just wait out the 7 days and see what happens.

Right.. do what eBay asks you to do and your account will more then likely be lifted. I wouldn't advise selling VeRO items though, the next time they catch you, your account will be suspended for good.
