New paypal/ebay account will this work?
 

To start my paypal account was limited today....(i know it was attached to an older account that was limited IP? ) well~so was the ebay account that it was attached to...
My question is:

Can I get a new ebay and paypal account without it being limited automatically by the following ( this is what I am gathering on this site):

1. Going to the post office for PO box....(new addy)
2. get simon/other gift card for setups....
3. get proxy/⊗⊗⊗⊗ ip (already have on our windows computer) I cannot get new IP address because I have a mac/airport/comcast and nobody seems to figure this out??
4. get new email address....
4. log onto ebay with "new name, email, and address"
5. log onto paypal with "new name, email, and address"

Start brand new basically..If you know an ip proxy for a mac please let me know. prefer one with a free trial so I know it works...

Feel free to PM me direct as it seems I am now stuck in a never ending limitation...I would pay the $8.95 for member forums but as I suggested paypal is limited right now....

Ebay will suspend you if you have a Po Box .
but every thing else seems to be ok.

Thank you for the reply...I have a "town" literally a minute away, they don't have street addresses. Well they do (pbviously) but only get mail at the post office.. Should I try a "proxy" address and add the PO as another line..would that work?

How do you get past this? I live in a very small town and don't even have mail service to my house.

123 Billy Street
Winnie Pooh Post Office
Box 12345

just write:

123 Billy Street, Suite 12345
