Listing items from a suspended account

It seems like nothing can get by ebay. If I create another account am I just gonna get suspended right away for putting up my old listings? I guess they have hundreds of little nerd employees who do nothing but compare listings to ones that were on a suspended account. Do I have to be really careful and change everything on my old auctions???

It's most likely some linking issue other then auction title and descriptions.

I doubt it. I use listings from dead accounts without problems, down to the same listing html code. What I do change is the photobucket account and the image sizes.
