non payment warnings
 

on my buyer account i was bidding on items a good price didnt think i wqould win them

to my surprise i won 4 of the items from 2 buyers whom i suspect are linked due to similar emails from them

anyway i refused to pay as with further checking i found they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items

problem is i now have 4 unpaid disputes to go with one from a few months ago when i was on holiday that equals unpaid strikes from 3 buyers


any chance of saving account? 3 unpaid disputes are on the account now with the other 2 due in the next day or 2 so total will be 5 strikes grrr just cause i refuse to buy ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items

Maybe best to research items before you bid next time? I doubt you can get away with it unless you make arrangement with seller to cancel this payment obligation for you.. It is always best to communicate. If you realized items are possible ⊗⊗⊗⊗, be honest with the seller and if its indeed a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item, they will rather cancel this auction for you than go through claims you will file against them...

Yeah why didnt you research the items first? And why did you bid if you werent serious about buying them?

I love buyers that bid on something that they have no intentions of buying.

Sounds more like you are actually a picky buyer. If this were an isolated incident you wouldn't have the previous problems. You should be more responsible when buying.

I would definitely help you if you were a seller, however, I don't know how to help someone that bids, and does not pay....

You could always open a new account. And unpaid cases are not the end of the world. eBay tends to favor the buyer, almost all the time.

They don't like non paying bidders because they waste the sellers time, and ebay gets no sale or commission out of the listing, so then there was a listing that used ebays systems for at the very least 24 hours and that non paying bidder kept ebay from making the commission off of an interested party.

Did your account get kicked? Or just strikes? I've honestly never got one, I don't even know what the limit is!
