unpaid item strikes lead to suspension

hi everyone, another suspension story yet again. anyway, here's my story. couple of my accounts along with my family members were linked and have been blocked because one account had unpaid item strikes on it and he was blocked so the rest of our family's accounts were blocked as well because we were linked to his suspended account. now my question is if he doesnt take care of these item strikes that ended almost a year ago. will he be back on if he has only 2 strikes that he cant take care of because it ended about a year ago? also, is registration blocked different than say registration suspended or are they all the same as simply suspension. any info. would be appreciated.

I've seen non pay bidders come right back with the same address and you have to actually tell ebay to get them suspended.

Yep, you can use the same info for a buyers account, but when a sellers account comes into play they will block you

does anyone know what is the allowable amount of unpaid item strikes you can have on your account? or does ebay have a 0 tolerance level for unpaid item strikes? my bro's account was suspended for that and now because it's been linked to mine, i've been suspended as well however he said that it's hard to take care of the unpaid item strikes because they were from almost a year ago and the item #s are no longer valid and even if he tries to contact the sellers about it, they wouldnt remember. so any info. in regards to this is appreciated or how to come about getting reinstated for unpaid item strikes for 2-3 items that were unpaid that ended about a year ago. also, is there a more likelihood to get reinstated for unpaid item strikes if you try to resolve it say compare to other suspension reasons?

Upi

The number really depends actually on the timeframes you accumulated the UPI's and if you are a Powerseller or not.

Alot of the times as well you can email eBay and appeal the UPI and if you haven't appealed alot they will remove it.

PSU Suspensions (Previously Suspended User) are pretty easy to resolve, IF and only if the original accounts that led to the suspension have all outstanding problems resolved.

Otherwise the only route to Appeal your suspension of the PSU account is to prove without doubt you are not linked.

can you get suspended ever for one unpaid strike?

How does buyer get their first one released without paying?
